Finally I am writing a blog entry for the first time in 2016.....this time of year in UK winter is tough when it's cold and dark outside and finding motivation has been one of the key challenges for me. Quotes and inspirational sayings have helped and I would recommend a regular dose of inspirational sayings/poems/ quotes etc as a comforting way to get through low times....
and remember, Spring is coming!
